CADET REPRESENTATIVES:  Make sure you show/explain how to wear the Summer Blue uniform. dress white, round-neck  T-shirt that fits (sleeves don't stick out) and rank insignia at an angle. Make sure the unit knows if you need swords or flags for graduation/prom ceremonies.

WATCH BILL:    Those on watch  must perform their duties in a military manner and in accordance with the General Orders to the Sentry. They must be in complete uniform. If a cadet cannot stand watch, they must communicate that to the Battalion XO and Master-at-Arms as soon as possible.

PROMOTIONS:  Promotion tests will be offered the 3rd & 4th wed. of the month.  A cadet  may only take the test on the 3rd or 4th Wednesday of the month, not on both.

 

NJROTC Morning-Routine:    The times and meeting places are as follows:

Morning Muster / Field house Muster Reports: Morning muster reports must be turned into the Muster Report box by 1630. Field house musters will be turned into the chain-of-command at the conclusion of the night's inspection/muster. Legal will compile uniform compliance information, annotate NJUMS records, and produce the Non-Uniform Compliance Report, which will be available to staff and cadet representatives at the end-of-the-evening brief/wrap-up. Cadet representatives should keep a copy of the report and submit make-up information the following week. The CMC will use the same muster reports, after legal has gleaned their information, to compile the unit Uniform Score History in an excel format. The Uniform Score History will be available to the chain-of-command and instructors.  Report cadets (write up a report)  that aren't in uniform with a UNIFORM INFRACTION and turned into cadet rep.
